  If there was an option for -5 stars i would put that down. Absolutely the worse customer service. 0 knowledge of the carriers and products. They were completely dishonest say that APPLE DOES NOT allow ANYONE to insure their phones because they have "find my iphone" We purchased 2 phones and thought we insured both of them(or thought we did), and our sales person assured us we were fully covered. Turns out we are not fully covered bc i lost my phone and have no insurance to get a replacement. With zero empathy or remorse the sales person at this store just responded with "i have heard this story so many times before and the answer is the same" the answer being a complete LIE. Lying about the Carrier sprint " said that sprint doesnt provide insurance for the phones" Lying about APPLE and i quote " apple doesnt allow 3rd party insurances to cover their phone" Which i have confirmed with both companies that they do in fact APPLE- allow 3rd parties to provide insurance for lost or stolen SPRINT- does provide insurance to protect you against lost or stolen devices. the complete disregard, and disrespect is unacceptable, i highly recommend @Apple and @Sprint should make sure the people working there are educated on their products and processes. Lying to customers is unacceptable, omitting important information just for a sale is disgusting. i will never set foot into best buy ever, and i will make sure anyone i know doesn't take their business there either. Best buy is a respected brand and the personal at this location is completely bringing it down. No solution or apology was provided for their lies.

  Such a bad customer service. The guy clearly did not know anything about phones. Lazy did not what to check the inventory to see if they have the phone that I asked about!
