  It's rated three stars for lack of attention to customer needs. They sell a large pack of security bits, Allen bits and so forth, but it does not come with a driver. To get a driver you need to buy something more expensive that comes with a small package of tips that is already in the large pack of bits. It would have made more sense to be able to buy the driver by itself or at least have the large pack of bits come with a driver. This would be the person who orders responsibility to find the correct things to fit the needs of the customers. They seem to have a similar mentality with Homedepot, no real thought behind what they carry in the tool department, other than sell sell. Ace Hardware might be expensive but at least they put some thought into what they have in their store

  For tools you use occasionally, it is a good place to shop. Professional mechanics might go elsewhere. I've found just the right tools there on more than one occasion, and can say I saved money on the tools and by using them to do work that would have cost much more if done by mechanics.
