  My experience at Jeanette's was awful. Brides, please save yourself from a stressful experience. The staff is friendly, yet lack the professional knowledge necessary to meet their promises. They ordered a dress that was way too big for me and then I had to pay $600 for major alterations. I could go on and on about the shortcomings of this bridal shop, but long story short, I ended up with a poorly fitted and unflattering dress on my wedding day. It was truly heartbreaking. After bringing thousands of dollars of business to the shop, the manager offered to fix the dress after my wedding. Too little, too late! After my wedding, I was then drug through weeks of back-and-forth phone calls, emails and frustration all to end up with no reconciliation from the shop. This shop won't be around for much longer.
