  We had our downstairs basement finally finished by Lensis. The idea was to give me storage and my spouse the theater of his dreams. We now have both. The most important thing when working with a contractor is to have the plans and the contract without any surprises during ther build. This we have with Rich and his guys. The build took 2 months but the workmanship and design is beautiful. My spouse got his theater and I designed it. I too enjoy those Saturday Night movies too. We are so please and people who come to visit find it very difficult to get out of that room. The workmen were great but somethimnes they collided with each other for work space so I divided them up to work on the outside and some inside the house. I am very please with them. I would use Lensis Builders for any contruction/remodel work I have done. I was home for most of the work and can't say enough about the pride and skill of his men. Rich is quite the saleman and support all our small changes throught the process. My neighbor used them too for their music studio in their basement.You can't go wrong with Lensis.

  I contracted Lensis Builder to renovate a bathroom after using them to remodel my kitchen. Both Richard (the owner) and Stacy, the company’s design professional, were extremely helpful throughout the planning and implementation of both projects. Whether it was big picture decisions such as selecting the tile for the floor or details such as vanities and fixtures, I always received great support and information from the Lensis project personnel. Tony (who did the actual work) took pride in his work and was able to identify minor improvements on the original design throughout the construction process. These improvements were very much appreciated and contributed greatly to the overall value I got out of the project. Tony was very respectful of my home; he left the workspace clean and neat at the end of each day, and I appreciated his consideration and professionalism. Like my kitchen, I am extremely happy with my new bathroom. .

  Lensis Builders built our garage in 2005 and did an exceptional job so when we were ready to start with the remodeling of our kitchen/dining room, our only thought was to have them do it also. We were hoping to receive the same quality of work but instead received far more than what we expected. The Lensis team was great to work with; they were very professional and did an exceptional job. From start to finish, they made us feel like our remodeling project was their most important job and treated our home with great care and respect. We love our new kitchen and dining room and we’re so pleased with how it turned out. We had a vision of how we wanted it to look; Stacy took our ideas and added so many great designs features that it turned out to be far more than what we hoped for. Rich & Stacy were very quick to address any questions or concerns we had. Tony and Kenny did a lot of the work; they always arrived early and worked hard all day. They did an exceptional job in making sure our place was cleaned up before they left for the day. Kenny did an awesome job installing all our cabinets and replacing the new stair railings; going above and beyond to make sure ensure they were installed perfectly and securely. By the end of the project, we had a small punch list because Tony and Kenny were noticing and fixing things before we had a chance to put them on the list. We are completely satisfied with the services we received and would use them again should we have any future remodeling projects. Thanks! Ron & Donna
