  While the selection and availability of mattresses were what was expected, the delivery contractor was *TERRIBLE*. My wife and I received an automated email the day before -- as planned -- stating our delivery window was 10AM-1PM. Simple enough, right? We received a call later in the day -- the day of our move to our new home -- saying we were bumped to 1-4PM. Fair enough, right? We then received a call saying he was late, and asking us to meet him in a Wal Mart parking lot, so he could follow us to our home. Strange, but fair. I sat in said Wal Mart parking lot only to find out the driver was at a different Wal Mart. Another 30 minutes lost. Oh, did I mention it was move day? Off to the Mattress Warehouse store I went. After the salesperson (Don; nice guy) tried to work with the delivery driver, we were finally able to determine that I would go home, and come back in 45 minutes, to allow the driver to follow me to my home. I did -- and we finally got our mattress...at 6PM.
