  This is the 2nd time i used SAV ON FLOORS for wood floor installation. My first experience was nothing but great. This installation looks like it was installed by an amateur. The edges of the wood boards are damaged from the way they were struck with mallet. The manufacturer said it was damaged by improper installation technique. Syed (owner) never looked at the finished job so my complaints were not addressed. The wood planks do no line up with the original planked floor in the adjourning room. The planks go slightly diagonal, so when looking from afar the lines do not go straight. The cases of wood flooring were stacked against the freshly painted wall, causing the wall to be re painted. My garage was left in total disarray with wood and scraps left scattered throughout the garage. 2 emails to sav on floor went unanswered. Please don't do business with these people

  We have used this flooring company in 3 different houses and they are efficient, quick, and their installation is beautiful. What I love the most about sav on Floors is they come when they say they will and don't leave until the project is complete. I have used other less expensive companies and I regretted it and came back to Sav on Floors to have them redo it. I will NEVER use any other company for my flooring.
