  I waited in Sears' line to buy lands end uniforms, for 20 minutes with only 1 customer in front of me. When I finally got to the counter I asked the girl if they took teacher's discount she said yes. then she rung my things up and told me I couldn't use the teacher's discount because I wasn't at the Lands End counter, which was closed the Past 30 minutes. Then she got another cashier that told me the couldn't use the teachers discount because they didn't have the right paperwork at this counter. I was so Furious and frustrated, after having waited so long given the wrong information and then basically told I can't get what they said they can give me. There's barely any help there, no one knows exactly what to do and they don't hold up their end of the bargain. I left the store empty handed, I will Never shop there again. The pic is real at Sears and does not say you have to be at a specific counter. My uniforms will come from online from now on.
